Happyrobot raises $150M Series C at $1.2B valuation

When Pablo, Javi, and Luis first pitched to me from Germany, they hadn’t raised anything. What stood out wasn’t just the idea it was their energy, curiosity, willingness to experiment, and relentless optimism. None of us could stop cracking jokes and smiling!
Three years later, they’ve charted an incredible course with that same mindset. Sometimes in venture, it’s the people more than anything else that make all the difference.
Also grateful for our LP to become one of their early customers when Happyrobot moved into logistics! It does take a very open minded community!
Congrats to the team on doing all this along the way with all other life updates in parallel! So proud of them! It’s certainly not easy as they make it seem!

Sapiom raised $50 million in total funding since inception

A year ago when we invested in Sapiom most investors thought autonomous agents were too early. Sapiom now has processed 270 million transactions across more than 100,000 agents daily.
When I met Ilan Zerbib he had left Shopify three weeks earlier. His thesis was simple: autonomous agents would need their own budgets, permissions and ways to buy resources.
We had already run into this problem while testing agents in Array’s own stack at the Array Ventures AI lab. Nothing else on the market solved it for the enterprise, so we led Sapiom’s pre-seed round and decided to invest on the spot!
Since then Accel led their seed round & Dragonfly has joined the journey now leading their Series A. What looks obvious now was not obvious then. Congrats to Ilan and the Sapiom team. I am very excited for their journey and how easy it has made for us at Array to use our agents!

Elias Torres and I go back more than two decades to our days at IBM, where we worked together on the cutting-edge WebAhead team. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of watching Elias build multiple exceptional companies, including Drift, which was acquired by Vista Equity Partners for $1.2 billion.
When Elias began exploring what to build next, we spent countless hours experimenting with the new generation of AI tools. Those explorations ultimately became Agency, and Array Ventures was proud to be one of the company’s earliest commitments.
It’s incredibly rewarding to see this come full circle for Elias and the entire Agency team. I also love how this story mirrors our history; Elias now gets to build alongside his longtime friend, Andrew Bialecki, CEO of Klaviyo. At the end of the day, this business is built on relationships. The best partnerships often span decades blurring lines between business and friendships.
Congratulations to Elias and the entire Agency team. We’re excited to see what comes next.
